She has served as chief editor of Direct Marketing News, 1to1, and CRM magazines. Ginger was honored with a Silver Apple lifetime achievement award for her contributions to the marketing industry, and was cited as a “Top 100 Most Social Customer Service Pros on Twitter” and a “Top 25 CRM Influencers You Should Be Following.” Along with her role as FUSE Enterprise conference chair, she currently serves as special events advisor for Target Marketing Group, and as an advisor on the Environmental Defense Fund’s Digital Advisory Council.

With an entrepreneur’s focus and curiosity he has launched new go-to-market strategies and tactics for a variety of media companies, marketers and professional associations. Hurley has a knack for blending technology with traditional marketing at the intersections that positively affect customer opinion and behavior. Robert is the Chief Strategy Advisor at the Content Marketing Institute, and a Senior Contributing Consultant for Digital Clarity Group. Robert helps develop content and customer experience strategies for large enterprises such as Oracle, The Bill And Melinda Gates Foundation, Allstate Insurance, Microsoft, Capital One, AT&T, Petco and UPS  – helping them create powerful customer experiences through digital media. As an author, Robert’s book Experiences: The 7th Era Of Marketing has been called a “treatise, a call to arms and a self-help guide” for “creating the experiences that consumers will fall in love with.”  He co-hosts the podcast This Old Marketing with Joe Pulizzi, frequently a top 20 marketing podcast on iTunes and downloaded more than 50,000 times each month. Robert’s book with Joe, Managing Content Marketing, is widely considered the “owner’s manual” of the content marketing process.

Todd Unger is currently Chief Experience Officer, SVP Physician Engagement at the American Medical Association. Previously, Unger was CDO and CMO of Daily Racing Form, where he led the expansion of a digital business that included DRF.com, horse racing’s premier digital media property, a robust e-commerce business, and DRF Bets, one of the country’s fastest-growing online wagering platforms. Under his leadership, DRF.com’s audience, e-commerce revenue and advertising revenue grew dramatically through programming innovation, new product development, social and email marketing and highly effective sales partnership programs.

Bay Arinze, Ph.D

Professor of Management Information Systems | Drexel LeBow College of Business

Dr. Bay Arinzeis a Professor of Management Information Systems in the Decision Sciences Department at Drexel LeBow College of Business and a faculty member for Drexel LeBow Corporate and Executive Education.  His current research focuses on data mining, text mining and predictive analytics.   Dr. Arinze published numerous articles in journals such as Communications of the ACM, Decision Sciences, OMEGA, Decision Support Systems, and Journal of Management Information Systems.  He has received many private and public research grants from agencies such as the National Science Foundation, and has consulted widely in information technology with clients including the U.S. Marine Corps.  Dr. Arinze received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the London School of Economics.

Brande Martin

Director, Digital Standards | American Medical Association

Brande Martin, MA, is a content strategy and content production professional who has been in the digital media and publishing industry for more than 15 years. She currently works as the Director, Digital Standards, at the American Medical Association (AMA) where she leads digital content production and management for the AMA’s website and contributes to the strategy of the website’s on-going digital transformation.

Clare Carr

Clare is here to tell Parse.ly's story to the world. She spent five years on the publishing side as the Director of Marketing and Online Operations at Greentech Media. Previous to that, she did digital marketing and business development at ThePoint.com, the precursor to Groupon, and Venus Zine. Originally from Ohio, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Environmental Sciences.

Cory Munchbach

Previously he served as Vice President of Digital Services and Business Development at Access Intelligence. At Access Intelligence, Capo was charged with developing new digital products and partnerships that focus on end-user engagement, data capture, customer insights, and revenue generation. Previously, Capo was with Cygnus Business Media where he lead the development of mobile and tablet applications as well as multiple new digital product launches. Capo also spent 7 years in technology and sales at the Associated Press working primarily in the digital broadcast space.
